The word will be given to Ivan Putsman, FLEX’05 to share his one-year working experience within the project and event management sphere.

This meeting will cover, but won’t be limited to, the following areas:

1. WHO & WHY: Introduction of speaker, discosure of the goal of the meeting (job opportunities included!*).

2. WHAT: Project/event management — what are these, how they correlate and what they have in common.

3. WHERE: Describing current workplace — one of the most active sites for entrepreneurial and technological events — and the basics of the working processes.

4. HOW TO: MANAGE: Hints and observations of successful management of projects, teams and events.

5. HOW TO: EVENT: Basic principles of organising the event, what to consider and what to keep in mind.

6. HOW TO: SURVIVE: Stresses in work and how to overcome them.

7. Q&A.
