Description

ENAM in cooperation with Amerigo, the Italian Cultural Exchange Programs Alumni Association, is organizing a conference for European alumni association leaders to officially launch and incorporate ENAM in Rome, Italy, on December 1-2, 2011. The conference will include a constitutive assembly of the founding members of the organization as well as a session titled "Who's Who - Identity in a Changing World."

The primary goal of the conference will be to create brand awareness and to position the new organization as and independent, accredited and active NGO committed to promoting mutual understanding and better transatlantic relationships.

Thursday, December 1st

19:00: Opening ceremony

 

Friday, December 2nd

09:30 - 12:30: Session I (Panel discussion "Who's Who - Identity in a Changing World")

12:30 - 15:00: Coffee break, Lunch

15:00 - 18:00: ENAM Constitutive Assembly

18:00 - 21:00: Dinner and closing ceremony

 

Saturday, December 3rd

Departure of the participants / Optional extra day in Rome with organized social/educational activities (self-paid)

 

Target group: 20-35 leaders of European alumni associations of U.S. government sponsored exchange programs with proportional geographical as well as program-wise distribution.

 

Information on how to participate along with additional details will be available in the coming weeks . in a Changing World" and ENAM Constitutive Assembly will be held in Rome on Dec, 1-2, 2011. More details about the event, travel packages and funding opportunities for representatives of national alumni associations will be released in a few days via the website and www.facebook.com/americanalumni.
