This time the guest will be Evgeny Gontmakher, Ph.D. (doctor nauk) in Economics, a famous
Russian economist, member of the Board of INSOR institute (Medvedev’s #1 think tank), Head
of the Center of Social Policy of the Russian Academy of Sciences, former Vice-President of the
Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.

The topic of the meeting is “The Future of Modernization in Russia”.

Date of the event: Wednesday, February 15, 2011. Time of the beginning: 7.30 p.m.
